Carolina Shores is a quiet golf and retirement community next door to Calabash, governed by property-owner associations that do not want furniture at the curb or a dumpster in the drive.
We load the same visit and leave nothing behind, which keeps you on the right side of the POA. If a family member is coordinating from out of state, we can work with them by phone and send photos afterward.

Because Carolina Shores is on the North Carolina side, what can't be donated or recycled is disposed of at a permitted facility — you never have to figure out Brunswick County's landfill rules or haul anything to Bolivia yourself.
