Clarendon is the rural community in southern Columbus County, between Whiteville and Tabor City off Highway 701 — farmland, family homesteads, barns and sheds. Whole-property and outbuilding cleanouts are most of our work here.

Columbus County runs staffed recycling centers for residents, but the attendants will not help you unload, tables and entertainment centers must be taken apart first, and cabinets are not accepted at all — those go to the transfer station in Whiteville.
