Most of Red Hill is unincorporated Horry County, so residents can use the county convenience centers — but only 4 cubic yards a day, and you do all the loading and unloading. Bigger loads go to the Horry County landfill on Highway 90 near Conway. If you live inside Conway city limits, the convenience centers will not take your junk.
