Shed, Deck, Fence & Hot Tub Demolition in Myrtle Beach, SC

We take it down and haul it away in one visit. Sheds, decks, fences, hot tubs, above-ground pools, playsets and the like. Our crew brings the tools and the trailers, breaks it down, loads every piece and leaves the spot clean. Send a few photos for a price, or call (843) 861-8000.

What we tear down and haul off

Sheds & outbuildingsMetal, plastic, resin or wood storage sheds, lean-tos and small workshops. We empty it first if you need us to, take it down to the slab or dirt and haul the pieces.
Decks, porches & stairsRotten or unwanted wood decks, deck stairs, railings and small porches. Boards, joists and posts all go on the trailer. Concrete footings stay unless you ask.
Fences & gatesWood privacy fence, chain link, vinyl, split rail. Panels, posts and gates removed and hauled. We can pull posts or cut them at grade, your call.
Hot tubs & spasDrained, cut into sections and carried out from the deck, patio or backyard. Most hot tubs are gone in a couple of hours.
Above-ground poolsDrained pool, liner, wall panels, frame and the deck around it. We leave the sand pad or level it off if you want to plant grass.
Playsets, swing sets & trampolinesWood or metal playsets, swing sets, trampolines and basketball goals, taken apart and hauled.
Carports, pergolas & gazebosFreestanding metal carports, pergolas, gazebos and awnings. Not attached garages.
Light interior tear-outsCarpet and pad, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, vanities, countertops and shelving pulled out and hauled, ready for your contractor.

What we do not do

Hoard Haulers does light demolition only. We do not tear down houses, attached garages, mobile homes or commercial buildings, we do not touch load-bearing walls, roofs, in-ground pools or anything with live gas, electric or plumbing still connected, and we do not handle asbestos or other hazardous material. Jobs like those need a licensed general contractor. If you call us about one, we will tell you so and point you to someone who does it.

How it works

1. Send photos or call. A couple of photos of the shed, deck or pool, roughly how big it is and where it sits on the property is usually enough for a firm price. If it needs a look in person, an estimate visit is $90 and that $90 comes off the job when you book.

2. You get one price. The quote covers the labor to take it down, the hauling and the disposal. No separate dump fee, no surprise at the end. Anything you want to keep, say so and we set it aside.

3. We show up, take it down, haul it off. Most sheds, decks, fences and hot tubs are done the same day. Metal goes to recycling, clean wood is separated where the landfill takes it cheaper, and the rest goes on the trailer.

What it costs

Demolition is quoted per job because a 6x8 resin shed and a 12x20 wood deck are not the same amount of work. The haul-away part is priced the same way as every job we do: by how much of a 14.5-yard trailer the debris fills. You can see those load prices on bulk load pricing; the take-down labor is added on top and you see the total before anything starts. Already tore it out yourself? Then it is just a haul-away, and you can price and book that online.

Permits and HOAs

Most sheds, fences, decks and pools in Horry County and Brunswick County can come down without a permit, but some towns and most HOAs want to know first. Check with your HOA before we come out. If your town wants a demolition permit for your structure, you pull it as the owner and we do the work. We will tell you if we think one is needed.
