We’re Hoard Haulers because hoarding cleanouts are the jobs we built this company around. Years of stuff, a house that got away from someone, a family trying to help a parent without shame — we’ve walked into all of it, and we treat every home and every person with respect. Nothing leaves without your say-so: we sort room by room into keep, donate, and haul, and still-good items go to local charities instead of the landfill.

But some hoards hide things that put our crew at risk — pests, animal or human waste, mold, needles, spoiled food. If we find that, the job moves to a special written estimate that covers the extra protective gear, crew and time. We tell you before we touch anything.

We check the conditions first

Before we start, the crew lead walks the home. Pests, waste, mold, sharps or spoiled food mean the job moves to a special estimate — you approve it before any work begins.

Sort room by room

Keep, donate, haul. You (or your family) make every call. We do the lifting, the loading, and the hauling.

Broom-swept & done

Rooms cleared, floors swept, still-good items delivered to local charities, and the rest disposed of responsibly.

Why the price can change to a special estimate. Our crew wears protective gear on every hoarding job, but some conditions need more than gloves and masks: rodent or insect infestations, animal or human waste, heavy mold, needles and sharps, large amounts of spoiled food, or rooms so packed the doors won’t open. Those raise the risk to our crew and the time the job takes, so they’re priced by a written estimate instead of the standard load price. Anything that’s a true biohazard needs a licensed remediation company first — we’ll gladly work alongside the one you choose. Either way, you hear it from us before any work starts.
