Frequently Asked Questions

Pricing & Booking

How does your pricing work?
Every price is posted on the site. Small jobs are priced by the item — the first item is covered by our $125 minimum and each added item is listed with its exact price. Bigger piles are priced by how much of our 7 × 14 ft trailer you fill: a quarter load is $285, half is $465, three-quarter is $580, and a full trailer is $640. Labor, hauling, and disposal are always included. What you see is what you’re charged — no estimate visits, no callback games.
How does the 50% deposit work?
When you book online you pay half your total up front through Stripe, which locks in your date and two-hour arrival window. Your card is saved securely, and the remaining balance is charged automatically once the job is done. Cancel more than 24 hours ahead and the deposit is refunded in full — details are in our Terms of Service.
What if I pick the wrong load size?
Guess low — seriously. If your pile turns out bigger than what you booked, we simply charge the size we actually haul, and we’ll tell you the number before we load a single item. If it’s smaller, you pay the smaller size. You’re never locked into a wrong guess.
How fast can you come?
Often same-day or next-day. Online booking opens slots starting tomorrow; for same-day service call us — if the trailer has room on today’s route, we’ll fit you in (same-day carries a $75 rush fee, $50 within 48 hours).

The Pickup

Do I need to be home for the pickup?
Not necessarily. If your items are outside, at ground level and ready to go, you don’t need to be there at all — and curbside pickups get 10% off. For inside jobs, someone needs to let us in and point at what goes.
Do you do all the loading?
Yes — that’s the job. Our crew carries everything out, whether it’s in the garage, the attic, or the back bedroom. You point, we haul. Stairs, elevators, and long carries have small posted surcharges so there are no surprises.
What areas do you serve?
North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, Conway, Carolina Forest, Little River, Surfside Beach, Socastee, Garden City, Murrells Inlet, Georgetown, Longs, Loris, and Aynor — the whole Grand Strand. Just outside that? Call and ask; the answer is usually yes.
Do you handle estates and hoarding situations?
Yes, and it’s work we take seriously. Clearing a loved one’s home or a hoarding situation is hard enough without someone making you feel judged. Our crew works with care, discretion, and zero judgment — and anything worth donating gets a second life instead of a landfill.

Your Stuff

What happens to my items after you haul them?
We sort every load. Usable furniture and household goods go to local charities, metal and recyclables go to recycling, and only what’s left goes to proper disposal. If a charity issues a donation receipt for your items, we pass it along.
Is there anything you won’t take?
We can’t take asbestos, medical waste, fuels, or large quantities of paint and chemicals — we’re haulers, not a hazmat company. Small household quantities of paint cans, propane tanks, and similar items are fine and priced on our list. Heavy materials like dirt, concrete, brick, and shingles are quoted separately by weight. When in doubt, call — if we can’t take it, we’ll tell you who can.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully licensed and insured, and we can provide certificates of insurance for commercial clients and property managers on request.
What if the weather turns bad?
Light rain doesn’t stop us. If weather makes the job unsafe, we’ll call you first — you choose a full refund of your deposit or priority rescheduling, whichever you prefer.
