The short version: we collect only what we need to price, schedule and complete your junk removal job — your name, contact details, service address and what you want hauled. We never sell your information, and your mobile number and text-message consent are never shared with anyone for marketing.

1. Who We Are

This policy explains how Hoard Haulers LLC (“Hoard Haulers,” “we,” “us”), a junk removal company based in Longs, South Carolina and serving the Grand Strand, collects and uses information when you use hoardhaulers.com, book a job, call or text us, or sign a service agreement. 2. What We Collect

Contact and job details you give us: name, phone number, email, the address to be serviced (and a billing address for business accounts), the items or load size you book, notes about the job, and the date and time window you choose.
Payment information is collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Messages you send us by email, text, our website forms, or phone (calls to our business line may be recorded and transcribed so we can log the request accurately).
Job photos our crew takes before, during and after a job, for our records and quality control.
Website usage data such as pages visited and device type, collected through standard analytics cookies (Google Analytics).

3. How We Use It

To quote, schedule, perform and bill your job, and to keep a record of the work we did for you.
To contact you about your job by phone, email or text — confirmations, reminders, on-our-way updates, balance and payment links, and a thank-you or review request afterward.
To answer your questions and resolve any issues.
To run and improve our website and services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Text Messages (SMS)

When you book a job online or by phone, or sign a service agreement, and provide your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from Hoard Haulers about your job. Message frequency varies (typically 2–6 messages per job). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Who We Share It With

Only the service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose: Stripe (payments), Twilio (text messages and our business phone line), Google Workspace (email), Supabase (our secure booking database and customer records), and Google Analytics (website statistics). We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our crew or our customers. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

6. How We Protect It

Your records live in an encrypted, access-controlled database that only our office staff can reach with individual logins. Payment card data never touches our systems. Job photos are stored privately and are never published in a way that identifies your home or address without your permission.

7. How Long We Keep It

We keep job and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your customer file at any time (see below); we may retain the minimum needed for completed-job accounting records.

8. Your Choices

Texts: reply STOP to any message, or tell us when you book that you prefer calls or email.
Email: reply to any email and ask us to stop, or email getquote@hoardhaulers.com.
Access, correction or deletion: email or call us and we’ll show you what we have, fix it, or delete your customer file.
Cookies: you can block or clear cookies in your browser; the site still works.

9. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
